BOWLING GREEN – Judge Frank L. Benser Jr. was recalled as a pillar of his adopted community, a man who was devoted to the town of Bowling Green as well as his family, still clothed in humility while wearing the robes of the judiciary. CULPEPER – The Caroline High School boys track team earned their third straight Battlefield District championship in a row. The boys team garnered 135 points to beat out King George, which collected 112, in the Battlefield District Track Meet on Wednesday. Chancellor scored 71 points to round out the top three.
