Frog Level Festival and Parade is Oct. 26

The Frog Level Volunteer Fire Department is busy planning its 45th  annual Fall Festival & Parade for Oct. 26.

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This year’s event will include lots of vendors, a bake sale, an inflatable octopus, pony rides, Bungee Trampoline and a silent auction.  The parade starts at 11 a.m. with marching bands, fire trucks and much more.  This year’s grand marshal is Channel 6 News meteorologist Carrie Rose.

The firemen will be busy throughout Friday night, Oct. 25 preparing their famous “Brunswick Stew.”  Hotdogs, hamburgers, fries and sweet treats will also be available.

Under a newly built pavilion, music for the day will feature “Cactus Jack,” beginning at 10 a.m.
