The Port Royal Museum of American History will be sponsoring a one-day living history Civil War encampment at the museum featuring the 13th Virginia, Company A, on May 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The 13th is a very active unit as they have done many living histories, re-enactments, memorial services, etc., in the local area.

Come and spend some hands-on time with the 13th Virginia, Company A, and/or visit the Port Royal Museum of American History and Gift Shop, which is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday.

The Port Royal Museum is located at 506 Main Street in Port Royal.
