Festival of Feet walk-run Saturday

BOWLING GREEN – The town of Bowling Green will host the sixth annual Festival of Feet Memorial Race April 27. The race memorializes former Virginia State Police Sgt. Mark Haygood, who died from brain cancer in 2008.   • Farm Bureau acquires equine show for Meadow

    Virginia Farm Bureau Federation announced today it has purchased the Virginia Equine Extravaganza, a major horse industry exposition for the Mid-Atlantic region.     The Friends of the Caroline Library is soliciting donations of items that may be sold at the organization’s upcoming annual auction to benefit the library system.
