Charles E. Garlic Jr., 66, of Ruther Glen entered into eternal rest Feb. 2, 2013 at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.

He is survived by a daughter, Trelana (‘Bootsy’) Edler; four grandchildren; his mother, Lue Ella Gray Garlic; a brother, Rudolph Gray (Pearl); an uncle, great-aunt, two nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Feb. 7 and from noon-1 p.m. Feb. 8 at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, 16476 Richmond Turnpike in Bowling Green.

A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 8 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 18562 County Line Church Road in Ruther Glen. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
