Jaguars defeat Lady Cavaliers

  • All Conference high school basketball players announced

    The 2013-14 Conference 20 high school basketball regular seasons have come to an end and the All Conference Teams reflect the diverse talent that exists in this conference. The Boys First Team was dominated by Glen Allen with Grayson Midulla of Glen Allen receiving Player of the Year honors.  Also representing the Jaguars at this level was Tre’Shawn Blackston and Coach Ryan Stein, who was named Coach of the Year.

    Luke Price of Caroline High School finished 8th in the Virginia High School League State Championship 4A Wrestling Tournament last weekend in Salem, Va. His ranking marks the highest a Caroline student has achieved in wrestling, according Steven Swanton, the CHS wrestling coach.     The Caroline High Cavaliers’ boys varsity basketball team finalized the regular season on Feb. 11 going 1-1 for the week and ending with a 9-9 record. At home was Senior Night and Caroline lost their last game to the Chancellor Chargers by a score of 73-58. On Feb. 10, the Cavaliers traveled to Colonial Beach where they outmanned the Drifters by a score 68-59 in a game that was not
