 rce is sponsoring a concert ticket event headlining <strong>Kevin Mac</str
 ong> formerly of King George and local band favorite\, <strong>Runnin’ Hot
 .</strong> The event takes place on Saturday\, March 2 at 7 p.m. with door
 s opening at 6:30 p.m. at Bowling Green Event Hall (Town Hall).</p>\n<p>Ti
 ckets will be available on <a href='http://www.kevinmac.eventbrite.com'>ww
 w.kevinmac.eventbrite.com</a> for $20 per person.</p>\n<p>You must be 21 y
 ears to attend. The event will not sell alcohol\, but concertgoers can bri
 ng their own alcohol beverages. Light refreshments and table set-ups will 
 be provided.</p>\n<p>Mac will perform some original songs as well as south
 ern rock and country songs. He is currently residing in Va. Beach and has 
 been in Country Music Radio since he was 18.</p>\n<p>Kevin’s opened for in
 dustry heavy hitters Martina McBride\, Phil
Vassar\, Darryl Worley and has
  gotten a nod from Kenney Chesney\, 
who he also opened up for in some 200
 8 concerts and more recently last summer he opened for Trace Atkins at Cel
 ebrate Virginia Live in Fredericksburg. Locally he performs frequently at 
 Hard Times Restaurant/Bar.</p>\n<p>Born in King George County\, VA\, Mac w
 as bred on country/bluegrass
music and raised in the church. He began his 
 career as a radio
personality and deejay in Virginia\, which led to opport
 unities for him
to\, perform. 

He is a graduate of Old Dominion Universit
 y where he received a BS in Communications/Mass Media.</p>
