*St. James Baptist Church, Milford, Women’s Club Ministry is sponsoring a three-day, two-night trip to Lancaster, Pa. from Oct. 30 – Nov. 1. *Bowling Green United Methodist Church is holding Wednesday Bible study from noon – 1 p.m. All are welcome to attend and bring a bag lunch to eat.
*Shiloh Baptist Church, 127 S. Main St., Bowling Green has changed its hours for Summer Worship Service. Sunday school now begins at 9 a.m. and regular worship service at 10 a.m. Bible Study is held on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m., and Missionary meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of the month at 10 a.m.
*Reedy Baptist Church is hosting Rev. Regina Winston from the Essex Village Community Church as the guest minister for the month of August. Bible study is at 10:30 a.m. on the first and third Sundays, and Sunday School is at 10:30 on the second and fourth Sundays. Worship services are at 11:30 a.m.

Newsome delivering the morning message followed by dinner. Rev. Alvin Armstead of First Union Baptist Church, Richmond, will be the guest speaker for the 3 p.m. service along with the evening services Aug. 11 to Aug. 13. Tabor Baptist Church, Milford, will celebrate its Homecoming and Revival Services beginning Aug. 10 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Antonio Clinkscales delivering the message followed by dinner at 1:30 p.m. Afternoon worship will begin at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Marvin Fields of Second Mt. Zion Baptist Church delivering the message. The Rev. Micah Jackson of Seventh Street Memorial Baptist Church will bring the Word Aug. 11 – Aug. 13 with music by Second Baptist Mass Choir, Ebenezer Baptist Praise Team, Jericho Baptist Gospel Chorus on each respective night. Praise and worship will begin at 7:30 p.m. and the message at 8 p.m.
*Mt. Oni Baptist Church, Ruther Glen, is celebrating its Homecoming and Revival Services beginning Aug. 10 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Dr. Vaughn Cunningham will bring the morning message with a lunch served immediately after. The Rev. Antonio Baker and the Third Mt. Zion Baptist Church will be the guests for the 3 p.m. evening service. Revival services will take place Aug. 12 – Aug. 14 beginning at 7:30 p.m.
*Macedonia Baptist Church will celebrate its 139th Homecoming and Revival Service, Sunday, Aug. 10 through Friday, Aug. 15, with a different preacher at each service. The Rev. *Ebenezer Baptist Church will celebrate its Homecoming and Revival Service Sunday, Aug 10 beginning at 11 a.m. with Pastor Irving L. Woolfolk, Jr. delivering the morning message followed by lunch. The Rev. Terry Streeter of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Washington D.C., will be the guest speaker for the 3 p.m. service along with the evening services Aug. 11 – Aug. 15. The Rev. Emmit Young, III will be the speaker for the Wednesday Youth Night. Prayer and praise will begin each night at 7:30 p.m. followed by the spoken Word at 8 p.m.

Brown of Fifth Baptist Church, Richmond, will be the guest revivalist. Homecoming service will be held Aug. 17 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Charles F. Baugham, Sr., delivering the message followed by lunch. The colors are pink, white, and black. There will be no evening services.
*Oxford Mt. Zion Baptist Church, will celebrate its 146th Homecoming & Revival service, Sunday, Aug. 17 through Wednesday, Aug. 20. Pastor Duane Fields will deliver the homecoming message at 11 a.m., followed by a meal. Afternoon fellowship service will start at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Jeffrey Reaves of Good Shepherd Baptist Church, Petersburg. Join in Monday through Wednesday starting at 7 p.m.

Beasley will deliver the message and JBC Combined Choirs will lead the music followed by a served lunch. Prayer and Praise will begin at 2:30 p.m. and evening worship at 3 p.m. led by the Rev. *True Deliverance Church of our Lord Jesus Christ, 17468 A.P. Hill Boulevard, Bowling Green, is sponsoring a chicken and fish fry from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Each meal includes Fish or Chicken, homemade macaroni and cheese, green beans, a corn muffin, or roll with dessert.
