Cindy, 57 years young, passed away March 27, 2015, at her home in Ladysmith, Virginia. She was born in Midlothian, Virginia and graduated from Midlothian High School in 1975. She moved to the Stafford area in 1981 where she began her career as the Aquatics Director with the County of Stafford Parks and Recreation.     Route 721 (Newtown Road) will close to traffic at the Caroline and King and Queen county line starting Monday, March 30 for installation of a temporary bridge. Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) crews will install a single-lane bridge over Beverly Creek. The temporary bridge replaces the existing two-lane bridge.     A Bowling Green man was stabbed to death last Friday in Fredericksburg. A Fredericksburg resident has been charged with first-degree murder. Joshua Wormley, 22, was found at 2:20 a.m. in a stairwell at the Fall Hill Apartment complex in the 1000 block of Wicklow Drive. He had been stabbed in the chest. Wormley was rushed to Mary Washington Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. Police received a  tip

Cavalier Track Teams score in Shoot and Run Invitational
