BOWLING GREEN – The Bowling Green Christmas Parade and Holiday Fine Arts Show will be held Saturday.
The art show will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Bowling Green Event Hall (formerly town hall). It will feature works of art in all mediums by local artists and students of Caroline County Public Schools. The Christmas parade will begin at 5 p.m. at the corner of West Broaddus Avenue and Main Street. Participating units will travel down Main Street to the intersection of Milford and Chase.

This is the third year the parade will be held at night. The holiday lights add a festive touch to the event.
The parade of floats and other units will feature Santa Claus at the very end, riding in a horse and carriage.
