Bruce Jay Levy, 52, of Ruther Glen, was arrested yesterday for allegedly taking indecent liberties with a juvenile in his care.
The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint for inappropriate conduct of an adult against a juvenile on Dec. 9. Investigator Kristel DiGravio obtained a warrant on Levy, who has been charged with indecent liberties with a juvenile while acting in a custodial role. This offense is punishable as a Class 6 felony.
Two patrol deputies and four investigators executed a search warrant on Levy’s residence early Thursday morning. Levy is being held in the Pamunkey Regional Jail without bond.
Since this is an ongoing investigation that involves a juvenile, no further information will be released.
