A petition was filed late Wednesday evening, Nov. 4, for failure to yield the right of way in reference to the Caroline County school bus accident on Friday, Oct. 30.
“A trial date is unknown at this time,” said Caroline County Sheriff Tony Lippa, “but the case will be heard in the Caroline County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court once the petition is served on the driver and parents.”
