*Bowling Green United Methodist Church is having Wednesday Bible study from noon – 1 p.m. All are welcome to attend and bring a bag lunch to eat.

*Zion Grove Baptist Church, 9450 Fredericksburg Turnpike, Woodford, holds its weekly Wednesday Prayer Service and Bible Study sessions from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Bible Study is conducted by Dr. Kenneth Grasty, pastor.

January 18

*Mt. Oni Baptist Church is celebrating Martin Luther King Day at 3:30 p.m. Maggie Ingram and the Ingrametts will be the special guests.

*Round Oak Baptist Church, 15025 Pepmeier Hill Road, Woodford, will have a benefit gospel sing featuring Jerusalem Ridge and One Lane Bridge at 6 p.m. A love offering will be taken for the Grace Oughton Foundation so that they may continue to help families who are going through cancer treatments. *Reedy Baptist Church is hosting The Rev. Stephen Artis of North Chesterfield as guest minister Sunday, Jan. 18 and 25.

January 25

Shiloh Baptist Church will celebrate the installation of The Rev. Dr. Arnett A. Rogiers as Pastor at 3 p.m. at the Caroline County Community Services Center, 17202 Richmond Turnpike, Milford.

January 31

*Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church, 21075 Frog Level Road, Ruther Glen, is having a Spaghetti Dinner and Gospel Music event from 4:30 – 6 p.m. $8 for adults, children 10 and under $5. Music will begin at 6 p.m. and will be presented by “Elevate and “The Church Chics.”

February 6-7

*Church of the Redeemer, Roman Catholic church, 8275 Meadowbridge Rd, Mechanicsville, will host David Haas and Lori True in concert Friday, Feb. 6, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15. Saturday, Feb. 7 will be an all-day retreat, “Preparing for Lent: A Day of Music, Reflection, and Prayer” from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 with lunch included.
