The Caroline Middle School Intermediate/Advanced Concert Band performed in the VBODA Band Assessment concert at King George High School on March 19 and got an excellent rating from judges.
Bands prepared three band selections for judging and received a rating on a scale from I – V (I being the highest) on how well they perform. The CMS band earned a rating of II (excellent rating), the second highest rating possible.
“Congratulations to Ms. Karen Mott, band director, and the CMS band for an outstanding performance,” said Cindy Weaver, a parent of a band student.
