Ralph McKelvey Foor

Ralph McKelvey Foor, 70, of Shumansville, died Sat. Nov. 30, 2013 at UVA Medical Center, Charlottesville.
Born in Pennsylvania, he retired from the U. S. Army. After his retirement, he was employed at Ft. A. P. Hill for a number of years. He was also an active member of VFW Post #10295 in Bowling Green. He was the widower of Matilda Beazley Foor.
He is survived by a brother, James Foor and his wife, Rachel; a devoted companion, Carol Byrd and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Stanley Foor.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 in the chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green.
