Due to the threat of severe weather last weekend, the State Fair of Virginia, 4-H and FFA postponed the youth livestock show until this weekend, Friday, Oct. 9 through Sunday, Oct. 11 at The Meadow Event Park. The show will be open to the public and a schedule will be posted on the fair website. The Youth Livestock Sale of Champions will be held Saturday, Oct. 10, with a reception beginning at 5 p.m. and the sale following at 6 p.m.
Meanwhile, patrons who purchased but have not yet used single-day admission tickets and season passes will be able to exchange them via mail for a single-day admission ticket for the 2016 State Fair of Virginia, which will be held Sept. 30 through Oct. 9. Unused Ride Wristband vouchers can be exchanged via mail for a wristband voucher for the 2016 State Fair.

Box 130, Doswell, VA 23047, along with the guest’s name, address, telephone number and email address. A confirmation email will be sent to guests once the information is received.
