Tammy Lynne Hart

Tammy Lynne Hart, 46, of Hanover went home to be with God on April 23, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Vivian Hart and brother, Walter Hart. She is survived by five brothers, James Jr. (Theresa), Wayne, Curt, John and Gordon Hart and one sister, Laura (Errick) Gay. She was dearly loved by her many nephews, nieces, great nephews and friends. She was a Certified Nurses Assistant and cared for many in local nursing homes for 25 years. She was a devoted church member at the Caroline Christian Center. Memorial service will be held at Concord Baptist Church on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 11 a.m.
