GENERAL ASSIGNMENT REPORTER
Intuitive? Creative? The Caroline Progress is looking for you as a reporter.
The Caroline Progress, a community-oriented weekly, is seeking a reporter to cover government and events in a rural, historic area that is experiencing growth.
A strong candidate will enjoy handling a variety of writing assignments
and getting to know the communities and people of Caroline.
He or she will have good interviewing, computer, writing, spelling and grammar skills,
along with the ability to augment stories with interesting photos.
Proof-reading, copy-editing and layout may also be involved.
The position requires a flexible schedule with some night and weekend hours.
