Neighbors, I have bad news. Domestic and sexual violence is a problem everywhere, but it is more of a problem here in Caroline County.

The Rappahannock Council on Domestic Violence, known as RCDV, provides services to victims of domestic violence. Only 8 percent of the population served by RCDV lives in Caroline County, yet we account for 16 percent of the victims they assist.
