Barbara "Bambi" Willis has reached another stop in her spiritual journey of this life, now serving as priest-in-charge at St. Asaph’s Episcopal Church in the Town of Bowling Green.

Willis, 60, who lives with her husband, A.G., in western Henrico, began working 20 hours a week at the church earlier this year.

In addition to leading worship on Sunday, she leads a Bible study at the church and makes pastoral visits on Tuesday, and participates in committee meetings and the church’s community suppers on...
