2 arrested in robbery of BG business

Two men have been arrested on charges related to an armed robbery of a Gulf gas station and convenience store on U.S. 301 south of Bowling Green.

The Caroline Sheriff’s Office declined to identify the men because the robbery is still under investigation, and authorities believe that others may have been involved.

The robbery occurred at 9:17 p.m. Sept. 12. The arrests were announced on Wednesday of last week.

The two men were charged with robbery, abduction, malicious wounding, wearing a mask in public, using a firearm to commit a felony, and conspiracy.
